A wholesaler is required to verify that their customers are indeed retail establishments so they don’t have to charge sales tax. Also Shoe Repair is a shrinking industry and there is always the worry that shops will go out of business without paying their bills.

I solved both issues with this customer application. It has a form for a customer’s credit card as well as the legalese that allows us to charge it when bills go unpaid.
